Hi my name is Judith, co owner of KAI Beauty Co. I’m a loving mom, daughter, sister, friend, and former dreamer. I use to dream of having this amazing life! In it I would have the freedom to make my own schedule, travel the world, have my dream  body, amazing relationships (family, friends, husband) successful businesses, nice cars, and beautiful houses (because why only have one?).  The 1 thing I dreamed of having most of all was happiness. I wanted to be happy more than anything in this world and I thought I would be happy once I got all the things I wanted in “my amazing life”. 

As a kid growing up I was overweight. I wanted to be skinny.  I saw the models on magazines and on tv and I wanted to look like them. So what did I do about it? Nothing. 

I wanted to have acne-free, smooth, perfect skin.  I tried different products. Some worked, some didn’t. Thankfully with the right help my skin cleared up. Did I feel beautiful after? Nope

I wanted to have successful business. I looked up to women who ran amazing companies. It seemed so rewarding. I wanted that for myself. So what did I do about it? Not a thing 

I wanted all these things and I wondered why couldn’t I have them. I wanted to live this amazing life but I had no clue how to get it. Until I finally made a decision that I’m going to become that girl! I’m going to get it! If someone else can have it why can’t I? 

Making the decision to choose myself and become the best version of myself has literally changed my life. 

I’ve listened to, read and watched hundreds of motivational podcasts, self help books, law of attraction videos. They all have a wealth of knowledge but not much will change until you finally decide you want better for your life.

I could make every excuse to not feed my body things that works best for me but I now choose to love myself. And because of that I have my dream body! Like I literally have abs! I’m a mom with abs (my beautiful daughter is 7 now). And I’m below my goal weight

I use to be a dreamer. I use to dream of this life. I used to be extremely insecure, I hated how I looked and never thought I was good enough. I’ve felt lost before. I’ve wanted more out of my life. I wanted to make more money but didn’t know where to start. Trust me I’ve been there. And I’m so glad I decided I wanted better for myself. Finding coaches and mentors in different areas of my life has helped me realize that amazing happy girl was always inside of me. I just needed to choose her. 

By doing the inner work, healing, letting go of the self limiting beliefs, letting go of fear and wondering what others would think about me I was able to become the girl of my dreams.  And I’m forever thankful and grateful that I chose myself. I’m absolutely in love with myself in every way and I’m so proud of the women I’ve become. I'm ready to embark on this journey with you.

I now run two successful companies, one which grew to a 6 figure company during 2020 & 2021. Two of the most life changing years around the world.

I’ve had thousands of one on one sessions women from around the world. My passion is helping women become the best version of themselves by realizing the blocks preventing us from making the changes needed in their life. Limiting beliefs and self doubt are a thing of the past. Dream mind, body, career, life here we come. It all starts with writing out what you truly want out of life and taking the small daily steps necessarily to achieve those goals. Having someone who cares about you and keeps you accountable is truly life changing. I’m here for you and ready for you to become a retired dreamer and start living that life!
