Sports massage uses a range of techniques to break down adhesions and allow the muscle fibres to be realigned to their normal form. Sports can treat cramps, muscle injuries and over stretched tissue fibres. It can also helps to speed up the healing process and reduce discomfort. To treat muscular damage massage therapists use a number of effective techniques to speed up the recovery process such as, hot and cold treatments, lymphatic drainage, and trigger pointing.

ASSISTED STRETCHING  60 MINUTES $120

Stretching, sometimes called stretch therapy, helps to increase the range of movement in a joint by stretching muscles, tendons, and fascia. This stretching helps elongate resting muscle fibers over time. This provides a larger range of movement which can help relieve pain and reduce the risk of injury. Stretching can also help rebalance muscles and tendons that are working unevenly.
